You can install for solana-test-validator

It is a local solana server and I prefer use it to develop because it has unlimited airdrop, no rate limit and confirm tx more quickly. You can also use official devnet endpoint (https://api.devnet.solana.com). It depends on you 😆

Unfortunately it doesn't support Windows yet. If you are using Windows, you need to host a VM or just using official endpoint.
